Data & sources

The resolver keeps each source at its own grain instead of flattening regulator, scheme, safety and manufacturer facts into one status.

Clean Energy Regulator

The national air-source heat-pump register is the model and SRES-eligibility spine. The current implementation is pinned to CER Version 58 dated 10 August 2026 and preserves the eligibility period and zone certificate values.

Solar Victoria

The 4 August 2026 hot-water product list is a separate dated scheme-status source. An exact brand/model match is displayed as such; unmatched or alias-looking records are not silently promoted.

ACCC Product Safety Australia

Recall events are linked at the scope stated by the recall. A recall of a separately identified outdoor unit remains a component event unless the complete-system relationship is independently evidenced.

Manufacturer evidence

Selected exact-model manufacturer manuals, technical sheets and product pages supply retrofit-critical facts such as dimensions, electrical demand, plumbing connection information and operating limits. Facts attach only to the exact brand/model identity supported by the source; family resemblance and reused model codes do not inherit specifications.

UK Energy Technology List

A secure 23 August 2026 ETL reconciliation tested the current “Air to Domestic Hot Water Heat Pumps” category against the Australian CER spine. The ETL category contained 9 products and produced zero exact normalised manufacturer+model joins. ETL therefore remains a cross-market evidence source and its technical values are not inherited onto Australian models.
