BecSpec Because specs matter.
Spray application

Find an evidenced nozzle operating point.

Enter the water rate, travel speed, nozzle spacing and droplet instruction from the current product label. BecSpec tests only pressure points where JKI directly publishes a droplet class, then checks the required flow using standard-ISO hydraulics.

Bounded first release

This is not a complete nozzle catalogue. It currently covers four reviewed standard-ISO families with a closed Australian-currentness gate. JKI is technical evidence, not APVMA approval.

1

Machine point

Use carrier-water volume, not product dose. The required per-nozzle flow is water rate × speed × spacing ÷ 600.

Droplet instruction

Copy this from the current APVMA-approved label. “Not smaller than Very Coarse” is a floor; “Coarse to Very Coarse” is a bounded range. They are not the same rule.

Automatic matching uses a fixed ±5% nominal-flow tolerance and never invents a droplet class between JKI endpoints.

How matching works

Why exact pressure endpoints matter, how FLOOR differs from RANGE, and where the hydraulic calculation comes from.
