EXPERIMENTAL TOOL — NOT APPROVED FOR DECISION-MAKING USE. An experimental screening aid only. Do not rely on it for any workplace, safety, compliance, procurement, legal or commercial decision.
Screen an inventory for the WES→WEL change
On 1 December 2026 Australia's Workplace Exposure Standards (WES) are replaced by Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL). Upload a chemical inventory and this experimental tool highlights which substances may be affected — what changed, the source evidence, and what needs review.
It is a regulatory-change screen, not a compliance determination. It never states whether an exposure is safe, compliant, or below a limit; its coverage is incomplete, so a substance it does not flag is not necessarily unaffected; and an inventory cannot capture contaminants generated by work processes. Safe Work Australia is not your workplace regulator — confirm the position for your jurisdiction.
