Compatibility gates first. Efficiency only ranks candidates that survive the electrical filters.
Read the rules →Match Australian GEMS registrations by kVA, primary and secondary voltage, phase and transformer type, then rank compatible candidates by tested efficiency. Vector group, impedance, taps and physical interface stay visible as checks — never guessed.
A GEMS match can answer the open-data part of the problem: rating, voltage, phase, type, registration and efficiency. It cannot prove vector group, impedance, tap schedule, bushings, mounting, footprint or protection suitability.
Those unknowns are shown as verification items on every result rather than silently treated as matches.
