The finder still covers the full register; failing this SEO gate means only that no landing page is published.

Why the index is intentionally small

PubCRIS contains more than one hundred thousand distinct host/target combinations. Turning each one into a page would create thin doorway pages. BecSpec requires at least 3 chemistries to have both multiple products and multiple registration holders, including at least 1 chemistry with 3+ products from 3+ holders. The 80-page cap is a final circuit breaker after that quality gate. 11,628 otherwise qualifying pages are currently withheld by the cap.
